Design/Engineering
Designing engineered parts, components, sub-assemblies and wholly manufactured products
can be challenging especially without in-house capability.

Prototyping/Costing
After deriving a solid product design concept, the next step is to determine the
manufacturing feasibility of the design.
Expectations must be melded to reality. Functionally must be aligned with reliability

will be there to guide and assist you in developing a feasible manufacturing prototype.
Rapid Prototyping using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is available for most single
material engineered parts (limited to 7.5 X 7.5 X 10 inch form size) and sizes up to
16 X 14 X 16 inch for multiple material items. The great benefit of FDM rapid prototyping
is that any item that can be modeled can be manufactured.
In addition to proving design concepts, prototypes are the foundation for manufacturing
costing analysis. Belt length, motor size, PCB layout, pump detail, cabling, control panel
configuration and each angle, bend and curve is considered to minimize cost while
improving operational efficiency and aesthetics. The end product from this process is
typically 85-90% built out and 100% cost justified.
